Keeley Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO) is a privately-owned Chicago-based money management firm, founded in 1982. Today we serve a diverse client base that includes the institutional community through private foundations and endowments, corporate pension funds, public funds, education and religious organizations, as well as individual and family trusts. We also manage the Keeley Funds, open-end publicly traded mutual funds that include the Keeley Small Cap Value Fund, the Keeley Small Cap Dividend Value Fund, the Keeley Small-Mid Cap Value Fund, the Keeley Mid Cap Value Fund, the Keeley Mid Cap Dividend Value Fund, the Keeley All Cap Value Fund, and the Keeley Alternative Value Fund. We are bottom-up, value driven investors, focusing the majority of our portfolios on our internal corporate restructuring strategy.
