You can invest in shares of the KEELEY funds directly and have your shares held by our transfer agent, U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, or you can purchase shares through your investment professional.
To invest directly, you will need the appropriate applications and/or forms contained in the KEELEY funds Investor Kit. To obtain a KEELEY funds Investor Kit – or the respective applications and forms – please select from one of the following four options:

Investment Objectives
KEELEY Small Cap Value Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation through investments in small capitalization companies that we believe are undervalued. Companies generally have a market capitalization below $3.5 billion at the time of purchase.
KEELEY Small Cap Dividend Value Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation and current income through investments in small capitalization companies that we believe are undervalued and typically pay a dividend. Companies generally have a market capitalization below $3.5 billion at the time of purchase.
KEELEY Small-Mid Cap Value Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation through investments in small capitalization companies that we believe are undervalued. Companies generally have a market capitalization below $7.5 billion at the time of purchase.
KEELEY Mid Cap Value Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation through investments in mid-capitalization companies that we believe are undervalued. Companies generally have a market capitalization between $1.5 to $15 billion at the time of purchase.
KEELEY Mid Cap Dividend Value Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation and current income through investments in mid capitalization companies that we believe are undervalued and typically pay a dividend. Companies generally have a market capitalization between $1.5 and $15 billion at the time of purchase.
KEELEY All Cap Value Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation through investments in small, mid and large capitalization companies that we believe are undervalued.
KEELEY Alternative Value Fund seeks to earn a positive total return with reduced market risk.
